App New User Gift Promotion Terms and Conditions
our participation in the App New User Gift promotion (the “Promotion”) is governed by these Official Rules (the “Rules”) and the Temu Terms of Use (the “TOU”) available at temu or through the Temu app. The party you entered into the TOU with (or would enter under Section 1 of the TOU, if you haven’t done so) administers the Promotion and is referred to herein as the “Sponsor.” In case of any conflict between these Rules and the TOU, these Rules shall prevail. By participating, you agree to these Rules, a binding agreement between you and the Sponsor.
Modification Rights:
Sponsor may modify these Rules as needed, for instance, to update the Promotion strategy or version. Your continued participation in the Promotion signifies your acceptance of any changes.
Eligibility
To enter, you must be a legal resident of a designated country/region, at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), and legally able to form a binding contract. The Promotion is void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. Employees of Sponsor, their families, and those in their household are not eligible. Participation in violation of your employer’s policies is also prohibited.
Promotion Details
By accessing the Promotion page or clicking on the “Spin” button, you become a Promotion member and may receive a coupon bundle (the “Reward(s)”) with values displayed on the Promotion page. Conditions, like minimum spend and expiration date, will be shown with each coupon. Each coupon applies to one order, and other Temu rules apply.
Eligibility is limited to New App Users, defined as real individuals who (i) download the Temu app on a new device, (ii) register an account on that device for the first time, and (iii) join the Promotion.
All members will see the best reward available on the Promotion page, but note this is for illustrative purposes. The Promotion does not involve chance, auctions, or contests and is based on objective criteria.
Time Limit: The time limit for the Promotion is displayed on the Promotion page.
Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute Rewards with items of equal or greater value. Rewards may be subject to availability and other restrictions. Rewards are non-transferable, non-cash redeemable, and void where prohibited. Verification of eligibility may be required before issuance. Sponsor reserves the right to delay or deny Rewards if there is a reasonable belief of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
Restrictions
Members may not use the Promotion to violate laws, these Rules, or the TOU, or in a way that harasses, abuses, or is otherwise inappropriate. Violations may result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of Rewards, and other penalties. Additionally, Sponsor may take action against Members found to disrupt the Promotion or engage in unfair practices.
Code of Conduct
Sponsor requires transparency from Members about their relationship with Sponsor when discussing the Promotion. Members must follow all laws and regulations while participating.
Termination
Sponsor may terminate or suspend any Member’s participation if they breach these Rules. Sponsor also reserves the right to restrict or change Rewards if a Member is found to have violated these Rules.
Taxes
Members are solely responsible for any taxes on Rewards or other benefits. Sponsor may require Members to complete tax forms, such as IRS Form 1099, as applicable.
Confidentiality
Members agree to keep any confidential information about the Sponsor acquired during the Promotion private and not use it except as outlined in these Rules or the TOU.
Release and Indemnification

Members agree to release Sponsor and related parties from any liabilities or claims arising from their participation. Members also agree to indemnify the Released Entities from claims resulting from violations of these Rules.
Publicity Rights
Unless prohibited by law, Members agree that Sponsor may use their Temu username and profile picture for Promotion-related purposes in their region.
No Warranty
The Promotion is provided “as is,” with no warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Privacy
The sponsor will process members’ personal information per the sponsor’s privacy policy, which is available at temu.com.
